These conditions apply to the products sold on the website www.audio-hd.fr


It is hereby specified that the present conditions exclusively govern the sales, by YAGES SAS (Registered office: 16 Roads of Envermeu 76370 Neuville the Dieppe RCS Dieppe: 817869605 00011) of products and high-end audio equipment (brands presented on the site ) to a particular and professional clientele.


Only products whose prices are displayed will be sold on the HD audio platform. For any other product, we thank you for contacting the sales manager.

Article 1 - Price

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT + other taxes, eco-participation ...).


1.2 - In case of order to a country other than metropolitan France you are the importer of the product (s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the purview of Yages SAS. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities. Audio-HD will make the customs declaration documents in accordance with the rules of the destination country.


1.3 - YAGES SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of your validation of order and its payment.

Article 3 - Validation of your order

You declare to have read and accepted these Terms of Sale before placing your order. Validation of your order and payment is therefore acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


Article 4 - Availability


Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks excluding promotional operations mentioned as such on the sites and according to the stocks available from our partners manufacturers / importers.

The delivery time corresponds to the shipping time indicated on the item sheet plus the processing and delivery time.


When you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery times, the delivery time of the order is based on the furthest delay. YAGES SAS reserves the right to split shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment.


In case of delay of shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time which has been indicated to you. In case of late delivery, we will offer you by email a new delivery time.


In any case, in accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the possibility to resolve the contract under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. In this case, if you have received the product, after your cancellation, we will refund the product and the costs "go" under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.


We also invite you to regularly check your order tracking and to contact customer service for any questions or problems. Article 8 - Right of withdrawal


8.1 - Legal delay of the right of withdrawal

8.3 - Return address

8.4 - Refund

Article 9 - Guarantees
